I believe that connection — with ourselves and with others — is central to wellbeing. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, conflicts, transitions, emotional disconnection, or intimacy struggles, therapy can help you understand your patterns, articulate your needs, and build more fulfilling relationships. 

I create a supportive, collaborative space where you can explore what matters most to you, uncover what’s getting in the way of deeper connection, and learn practical skills to relate to others with clarity and compassion. Clients describe me as approachable, thoughtful, and direct — I meet you where you are and help you move toward meaningful change. 

I work with individuals and couples on a range of relational concerns, including communication struggles, rebuilding trust after betrayal, emotional disconnection, navigating life transitions, and strengthening partnership dynamics. I am also an AASECT-Certified Sex Therapist and work with client on a variety of intimacy concerns. My work is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which emphasizes healthy emotional expression and connection, along with tools from EMDR, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness approaches. 

I hold a Master of Science in Social Work with a specialization in Couple and Family Therapy, and I am licensed to practice in Illinois as an LMFT and Kentucky as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My dual training as both a social worker and marriage and family therapist gives me a broad perspective on how individual experiences and larger systems shape relationships and wellbeing. I actively engage in ongoing learning to ensure my work is culturally informed, queer-affirming, and rooted in equity.
