Medicaid Is Now an Option at CCRC
Access to relationship-focused therapy shouldn't be limited by your insurance. For a long time, we've looked for ways to help as many people as possible, starting with our original decision to accept Medicaid, and we're excited to share our latest step: CCRC now accepts Medicaid, so more individuals, couples, and families across Illinois can get the support they need, at no cost to them.

What This Means for You
Last spring, we formed a Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) at our Ravenswood office. This allows us to accept Medicaid members for in-person therapy there, and to offer Medicaid teletherapy across the state. If you're a Medicaid member, our services are available to you at no cost.
Through the BHC, we're able to join Illinois' Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). We currently belong to County Care and Blue Cross Community Health Plans (BCCHP), and we'll officially join Humana in January 2027.
A Dedicated, Collaborative Team
Our BHC is staffed by a dedicated team of therapists working with couples, families, and individuals, who meet regularly to discuss client care and ensure a high level of support for everyone who works with us, in person or online. We're proud to be one of the few clinics in Illinois offering specialized couples therapy to Medicaid members. You can browse our Medicaid BHC team to find a therapist who feels like the right fit.
Ready to Get Started
If you're a Medicaid member in the County Care or Blue Cross Community Health Plans (BCCHP) system (or soon, Humana), or a provider looking for resources for your client, we'd love to help. Reach out to us to get started.
